Group Facilitation - Parties
There is such power in bringing together groups of like-minded individuals to learn about themselves and others and share their stories. These groups are normally 2 to 2.5 hours long and can be given at your own venue or one that Jane secures. They are most effective when there are between 8 – 10 individuals in attendance but they can be adjusted to a lower or higher number of participants.
In addition, any of these groups can be developed as parties for special occasions such as graduations, bachelorette parties, birthday parties or just a get-together with friends. I will supply the materials and you supply everything else – (including wine or spirits if you’d like)
Practicing Gratitude
In this program, we will explore the importance of practicing gratitude and how it can improve our lives and health. We will each identify things for which we are grateful and share why we are. You will leave the program with a new gratitude practice that you can practice every day.
Are you in Balance?
There are so many different aspects of our rich lives, yet we are not always as happy in one area as we are in others and as a result we feel ‘out of balance’. In this program, we will explore where we are in each different area and which we are ready to work on at this time then create small, attainable action steps to increase our satisfaction and happiness.
Creating a Vision Board
One of the most powerful ways to bring our dreams to live is to create our own Vision Board that we keep in view at all times. In this program, we will explore the power of visioning and share real-life stories of how these boards came to life for so many others. You will then create your own Vision Board and bring even more power to it by sharing it with all of the attendees. Then you can just sit back and watch yours come to life!
Are you Ready for a Change? – a 3 week program
Each of us have things that we would like to change in our lives but sometimes we just don’t know where to begin. In our first meeting, Jane will facilitate your creation of a Mind Map to identify the possible changes you can make. In Week 2, you will review each of those you identified and choose 1 to begin. Then in Week 3, we will explore the support you already have to make this change and create an Action Plan for your success.

Jane has inspired me to get off the fence and start doing some of the things I have always wanted to do. She has also made me realize that not all of my life is as bad as I thought. She takes a common sense approach and motivates you to look at all sides of a situation." - Julie A
