Coaching Programs
What is coaching? The International Coach Federation which is the governing body for professional coaches defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
That’s a good beginning definition but let’s explore what it looks like in practice. I truly believe that every one of us has the capacity to live whatever life we want. But at times, we get in our own way by either limiting our imagination or holding ourselves back for some reason. Coaching can help with that. After all, it’s all about you.
In our time together, you will bring whatever issues or concerns you have and through a series of thought-provoking questions or specific exercises, you will delve deeply into what is keeping you from moving forward and devise a plan on how to get there.
As your coach, I will walk with you in compassionate support helping you identify what you need to do to bring All Good Things into your life. At times, I’ll walk in front of you – helping you identify your strengths, values and behavior patterns and how they impact you day-to-day. At other times, I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate your way into this new way of living. And I’ll be honored to walk behind you, cheering you along the way and you take the necessary actions to bring All Good Things into any area of your life.
Based on feedback from my clients and my own experience, coaching can help you:
The length of the coaching engagement depends on the type of coaching and the concerns you want to address. Some of my offerings include a pre-set number of sessions while others are more flexible.
As always, coaching is all about you and as the client you can determine your best course of action.
Life Coaching – Life coaching is the catch-all for most of the coaching I do. Clients come with a variety of challenges; they want to improve their relationships, they want to minimize stress in their lives, they are ready to make a change for a more fulfilling life, they are looking to become more confident or overcome fears. They may be wanting to find or live their purpose or are in the midst of a major change in their lives and need the abilities to navigate if effectively.
Mentor Coaching - I work with other coaches to help them improve their coaching skills as required for ICF credentialling. I have served as a Mentor Coach in two different ICF Accredited Coaching Programs as well as for individuals. I have taken the ICF PCC Marker training that has provided me with specific information on what the ICF is looking for in their coaching and use that learning in my mentoring. I take the time to review your recordings and provide specific feedback and opportunities for discussion with the coach.
Career Coaching – As a coach trained in career coaching, I can offer several tools to explore which types of careers will be most fulfilling to you and help you identify the steps you need to take to get there.
Retirement Coaching – Most of us only think about our financial health when looking at retirement. As a coach, I will help you look at other aspects of your life; social, spiritual, health, to name a few and assist you to devise a plan so that the transition to retirement is as fulfilling as transitioning to your first career has been.
Executive Coaching – Research has shown that Emotional Intelligence is the most important aspect of successful leadership. I can help you discover both your strengths and challenges with emotional intelligence and help you adopt proven strategies to improve in any of the areas. This coaching will help you become a more successful and effective leader, move to the next level of your career, identify and embody your own personal brand and take action to remove any roadblocks that might be holding you back from being as successful at work as you want.

Working with Jane was an invaluable experience; her passion and thoughtfulness were evident in every session we had. She helped me be honest with myself, which allowed me to grow my strengths and manage my weaknesses. I was able to find success both personally and professionally due to the insight that working with Jane provided." - Hannah S
